We will keep you updated with regard to work in progress and clearly state the lead time up front allowing you to set realistic expectations with the customer. Finally when it comes to delivery, all our products come pre-packed in unbreakable plastic cases or strong heavy gauge boxes and can be delivered direct to you or your customer under plain wrap.
